Patient Ambassador

DynamiCare Health is looking for friendly and motivated people to work as Patient Ambassadors. You will travel to addiction treatment centers to represent DynamiCare and help patients learn about our services. Your job is to build trust, explain how we can help, and connect patients with our Admissions Team. DynamiCare offers a research-proven, award-winning, app-based recovery coaching program. We reward people for getting sober. Our program, which is supported by a grant from the state of Georgia, makes addiction treatment easier to access and more effective, and helps people in recovery succeed.

This is a part-time contract role. It is perfect for people who care about helping others in recovery and want to be part of their community.

Key Responsibilities

• Talk to patients at treatment centers about DynamiCare's services
• Build trust with people in recovery by being respectful and kind
• Explain the benefits of our program and answer simple questions
• Help patients connect with our Admissions Team, usually by phone
• Work well with clinic staff to keep a professional environment
• Track your work hours accurately by checking in and out at each location

Qualifications

• Good communication and people skills
• Professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude
• Ability to connect with many different types of people
• Reliable, self-motivated, and good at managing your time
• Previous experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or peer support is a plus

Preferred:

• Personal experience in addiction recovery
• Existing connections within local recovery groups, clinics, or sober living homes in the state of Georgia.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen and allowed to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check and security screening
• Must be able to work in person at clinic locations
• Must have a car to drive to clinics, rehab centers, and other healthcare locations.
• Must live within 25 miles of one of the following areas: Brookhaven, Chamblee, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Vinings, Smyrna, Woodstock, Cumming, Cartersville, Dallas, Loganville, or the Briarcliff Road area of Atlanta. Periodic travel to Athens, Jackson, and Bremen, Georgia, is required as part of this role.

Work Structure

• Part-time contract job
• Flexible hours
• Maximum of 20 hours per week
• You will track your hours by checking in and out at each site

Interview Process

• A first interview to see if you are a good fit for the role
• A final interview with the CEO, Clinical VP, and an Account Manager
