Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representatives

Dover Staffing is currently seeking Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for our client in the downtown Atlanta, GA location. These positions are short/long-term assignments that are hybrid.

Paid training will be provided for all selected candidates. After approximately 2 months of training on-site, the position will move to be a remote position from home.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls
• Provide professional and courteous customer support
• Research and resolve customer inquiries
• Follow established processes and procedures
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance metrics
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Minimum qualifications:

• 2+ years of recent high-volume call center experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Ability to learn and apply new processes and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Effective time management skills
• Typing speed of 45-50 WPM or higher
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening

Bilingual candidates:

Spanish/English bilingual candidates must be fluent in:

• Speaking
• Reading
• Writing

Preferred experience:

• Call Center Customer Service Experience: 2 years (Required)
