Position Summary

The IT ERP Business Analyst serves as a critical link between business operations and technology, supporting the successful implementation, optimization, and adoption of enterprise systems like Infor Cloud Suite ERP. This role is primarily responsible for analyzing business processes, documenting current and future-state workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating business requirements into functional solutions. The IT ERP Business Analyst will play a key role in the organization's ERP implementation by partnering with stakeholders across departments to understand business processes, facilitate process standardization, and help define repeatable workflows that improve efficiency, visibility, and data quality. This position requires a combination of business process analysis, project support, documentation expertise, and ERP implementation experience. The ideal candidate can effectively communicate with both business users and technical teams while driving process improvements that support organizational objectives.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position is primarily on-site and requires regular interaction with employees across multiple departments, including office, engineering, and manufacturing environments. The role may require:

• Participation in workshops, meetings, and process review sessions with operational teams.
• Occasional travel between company locations and vendor sites.
• Extended periods of sitting, standing, or walking depending on project activities.
• Use of standard office equipment including computers, monitors, printers, and presentation equipment.
