Senior Financial Analyst

A well-established manufacturer is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support one of its largest manufacturing operations. This highly visible position partners closely with plant leadership, operations, and supply chain to drive financial performance and business decisions. Responsibilities Serve as the finance business partner for manufacturing operations and cross-functional leaders. Prepare monthly financial reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Analyze manufacturing performance including inventory, labor, productivity, efficiency, overhead absorption, and operational KPIs. Support month-end close activities while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning. Present financial results and recommendations to management. Assist with inventory accounting, standard costing, and cost improvement initiatives. Identify process improvements and support operational projects that improve financial performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience Manufacturing experience required Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, month-end close, and financial analysis Experience supporting plant or operations finance is preferred Advanced Excel skills Experience with ERP systems Excellent communication and business partnering skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Why Consider This Opportunity?
