Commercial Services Realty is a State-Wide, Connecticut, Boutique Commercial Real Estate Company focusing on Brokerage, Development, Management, and Consulting. We are looking for driven Professionals who have experience as a Real Estate Professional on the Residential side, or Motivated individuals looking to accelerate their development in the Commercial Real Estate Industry and join our brokerage team.

We are looking for select candidates who possess the following skill-sets to join our brokerage team:

Entrepreneurial, innovative approach to solving needs of clients and firm

Negotiating, prospecting, market research, and transaction management

Business understanding and the ability to assess the viability of a deal

Self-motivated, driven, quick learner who is ready to hit the ground running and be a sponge

Team player with pleasant personality

Ethical individual with compassion for solving the complex needs of clients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Family Dollar, EDGE Fitness and other retail and office tenants use. Currently we are under construction for Riverwalk Berlin Apartment 200 units as well as a 90-room hotel. We have plenty to do and are looking for good people to help us accomplish these tasks
