As an Inside Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences while preparing the high-quality pizzas we're known for. Whether you're greeting customers, taking orders, or crafting pizzas, every shift is an opportunity to make someone's day a little better. What You'll Bring Loves helping people and creating positive experiences Takes pride in their work and follows through on commitments Brings a positive attitude and is always willing to jump in where needed Works well with others and values teamwork and communication Thrives in a fast-paced environment Has a passion for delivering great food and outstanding service What You'll Do Providing friendly, efficient service to every guest Taking accurate phone, online, and in-person orders Answering customer questions and resolving concerns professionally Preparing fresh pizza dough and ingredients Slicing, chopping, and portioning toppings and other food items Assembling and preparing pizzas according to company standards Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to ensure every guest receives a great product and experience Executing customer orders accurately, including special requests Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Supporting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience What You'll Need High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Join Marco's?
