Compensation & Perks

Salary: $55,500–$62,000 annually + incentive pay

Who You Are

Experienced restaurant leader with 2+ years full-service restaurant management experience
Driven by teamwork, curiosity, and growth
Strong communicator who leads with integrity and empathy
Reliable, organized, and ready to jump in wherever needed

What You'll Do

Lead restaurant operations and guest experience as Manager on Duty (MOD)
Hire, train, and develop staff while fostering a fun, inclusive culture
Oversee a key department (Front of House, Bar, or Delivery)
Ensure great food, smooth service, and a safe, welcoming environment
Partner with the General Manager on scheduling, quality, and performance feedback
