Data Analytics Consultant

Data AnalystGenesis10 is currently seeking a Data Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ, Jersey City, NJ or Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.The candidate will work across Engineering organizations within Application Production Services Engineering to quantify and measure the overall effectiveness of the organization. This role involves collecting and normalizing key metrics to be published and consumed by senior management, using data to communicate the value of the organization to leadership and CIO partners.Responsibilities:Work across engineering organizations to quantify and measure overall effectivenessCollect, normalize, and publish key metrics for senior management consumptionUse data to tell a story to market, optimize, and clearly provide the value of the organizationHelp communicate key messages to the Senior Leadership Team and respective CIO PartnersAdapt to new processes and technologies as the business evolvesRequirements:2 years of Data Analytics experience or MBA/Masters EquivalencyAbility to analyze large datasets and normalize them in a consumable way for executive managementProven ability to work as a team leader, bringing different points of view to converge on a single aligned messageStrong skills in Microsoft ExcelExperience with Microsoft PowerBI or Salesforce TableauKnowledge of Python or other data modeling languagesFamiliarity with Atlassian JiraA critical thinker who can communicate effectively across different levels in the organizationPay range: $63.68 - $71.68 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
