The Daily Grind (aka What You'll Do): Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately according to assigned picking lists Verify product quantities and descriptions to ensure order accuracy Stage and organize orders for shipment Use handheld scanners to track inventory and completed orders Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or shortages Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse duties Work collaboratively to meet productivity and order fulfillment goals Follow all company safety and quality standards Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, order picking, or distribution experience preferred but not required Ability to read and interpret order lists, product labels, and shipping information Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory quantities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Spoiler Alert: People Like It Here "The entire team is amazing!" -Laura, Staffmark Associate.
