Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator - Euclid, OH

Location and Hours On‑site, Euclid, OH manufacturing facility. Monday through Friday, typical work hours 7 am–4 pm. What You’ll Do Support the facilities and maintenance team, ensuring compliance and quality standards are achieved within budget while driving continuous improvement in all aspects of facility management. Job Responsibilities Support the facilities team in ensuring preventative maintenance and inspection programs are established and documented. Responsible for maintenance parts and supplies ordering. Responsible for creating and closing maintenance work orders, creating PM templates and providing periodic reporting. Assist with the development of preventative maintenance plans for new equipment. Support MESH (EHS) elements as a lead. Hire and supervise outside contractors when necessary; issue all Eaton required permitting. Support facilities in asbestos and lighting surveys. Support facilities by developing maintenance‑related capital requests. Recommend measures to improve maintenance methods, design and performance of equipment and processes; drive facilities continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a technical‑related field from an accredited institution (engineering or technology preferred). Minimum three years’ experience in maintenance or facilities management, with at least one year in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Eligibility to work under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR); must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee). Must reside within 50 miles of Euclid, OH (Active‑Duty military members exempt). Preferred Qualifications Experience in the aerospace or automotive industry. Experience creating and closing maintenance work orders, developing PM templates, and providing periodic reporting. Experience creating preventative maintenance plans for new manufacturing or industrial equipment. Previous experience hiring and supervising outside contractors and issuing required permitting. Skills Project leadership experience. Ability to perform/lead basic troubleshooting and performance analysis. Experience working on and leading cross‑functional teams. Excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills. Pervasive communication skills. Compensation Annual base salary range: $86,000–$90,000. Eligible for a variable incentive program.
