MLS Coordinator

David Weekley Homes is seeking a detail-oriented and organized MLS Coordinator to support our Austin and San Antonio Divisions. This is an entry-level, administrative role ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly while supporting our sales and marketing teams. This position plays a key role in managing MLS listings, maintaining accurate home data, and providing general office and receptionist support in a fast-paced homebuilding environment. Job Responsibilities Enter and maintain home listings in the MLS system with accuracy and timeliness. Update pricing, statuses, photos, and descriptions as homes progress through the build and sales cycle. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and construction teams to ensure listing details are current. Upload and organize photos, documents, and marketing materials for listings. Assist with basic reporting and tracking of listing activity. Provide general administrative and receptionist support, greeting visitors, and supporting the office as needed. Help ensure a polished and professional experience for both internal teams and external partners. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Comfortable working with systems and data entry (MLS experience is a plus). Clear and professional communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn. Additional Information This is an on-site position.
