Sr IT Architect - Hybris Tech

Purpose and Objective Honeywell International Inc. seeks a Sr IT Architect – Hybris Tech at our Phoenix, AZ location to ensure IT systems and applications meet the requirements of the businesses and their processes. Expectations and Tasks Responsibilities include creating, influencing, and driving customer vision; integrating Strategic Business Group (SBG) specific business processes related to Hybris into the Customer & Commercial Excellence Enterprise IT strategy; leading eCommerce operations across SBG in onshore hours; maintaining zero downtime and eliminating P1/P2 incidents; leading the team in providing rapid resolution and root cause analysis; incorporating changes across SBGs; collaborating cross‑team to drive resolutions; working on end‑to‑end eCommerce solutions; aligning systems with security and data privacy policies; reviewing design documents for architectural compliance; collaborating with business to resolve critical issues; and developing tactical plans for short‑term infrastructure deficiencies. Education and Occupational Experience Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources Management or a related field of study and ten (10) years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience must involve ten (10) years in SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) and SAP CRM. Experience must involve five (5) years in SAP Web channel and SAP SD. Experience must also involve three (3) years in SAP CPQ and SAP C4C (SAP Cloud for Customer).
