Line CookThe Line Cook prepares, cooks and plates food to order for hotel guests by following the pre-established recipe specifications and plating procedures.ResponsibilitiesApproaches all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.Complies with company, hotel, and brand standards which encourage a safe and efficient hotel operation.Cooks, sautés, broils, plates all food items strictly adhering to recipe and plating specifications.Exhibits a professional demeanor, while working with passion and integrity.Assists teammates as needed and follows the directives of the management team.Adheres to all food-related safety practices set forth by Company, state, and federal regulations and standards.Maintains a clean and well organized workstationQualifications1-2 years related work experienceAbility to stand and walk for 8 hours in a day.
