Solution Architect (Imaging)

Salary: $81,500 - 108,600 per year Requirements We typically look for a degree or equivalent experience, along with 4+ years of relevant professional background. We require 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, software engineering, platform engineering, enterprise applications, or a related technology field. We look for at least 2+ years of experience shaping or supporting solution architecture, platform architecture, or enterprise technology solutions. We need experience with enterprise content management, document management, workflow, imaging, or other content-centric platforms. We expect familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, distributed systems, automation, and operational support practices. We value experience delivering technology solutions in cross-functional enterprise environments. We seek strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to work independently on moderately complex initiatives. We require strong written and verbal communication abilities. Preferred experience includes working with Nuxeo or similar enterprise content management platforms. Preferred experience includes document lifecycle management, metadata management, retention, indexing, and search capabilities. Preferred familiarity with Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms. Preferred experience integrating enterprise platforms with ERP and business systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, JDE, or Workday. Preferred exposure to OCR, intelligent document processing, classification, extraction, or workflow automation technologies. Preferred familiarity with AI-enabled document processing or content automation solutions. Preferred experience in Agile or SAFe delivery environments. Preferred background in healthcare, supply chain, pharmaceutical distribution, finance, or shared services. Responsibilities We contribute to the design, implementation, and support of ECM capabilities, including content storage, retrieval, metadata management, document lifecycle management, and integrations. We help develop architecture solutions across application, data, integration, cloud, and technology domains while aligning with enterprise standards and best practices. We support high-volume document ingestion and processing using API-based, event-driven, batch, and workflow-enabled approaches. We design and implement integrations between ECM platforms and enterprise systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, JDE, Workday, and related applications. We participate in DevOps and automation initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, release support, and operational readiness. We collaborate with security, compliance, records management, and architecture teams to ensure solutions meet governance and security expectations. We investigate and resolve platform, integration, and production support issues while identifying opportunities to improve reliability and performance. We support OCR, intelligent document processing, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate. We create and maintain architecture documentation, solution diagrams, technical standards, and implementation guidance. We communicate technical concepts and solution recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders. We contribute to platform modernization efforts and share knowledge across the team.
