About This Position
FreshTake Grocery is looking for a Grocery Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role involves stocking shelves, maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and ensuring the highest standards of freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values efficiency and effectiveness, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
• Ensure product displays are neat, organized, and well-stocked
• Assist customers with locating products and answering inquiries
• Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards in the grocery area
• Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize waste
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing the stockroom
• Follow merchandising plans set forth by the Grocery Manager
• Adhere to all safety and food handling guidelines

Availability:
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Focus on Fresh
• Previous experience in a grocery or retail environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
• Must be at least 18 years of age
