A well-established, community-focused healthcare organization near Island City, Oregon, is seeking a permanent LCSW to join its growing behavioral health team. Work a desirable 4/10 days per week, averaging 8-10 patients/day. Earn a competitive total compensation opportunity which includes RVU bonuses, $10K Commencement bonus. You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary team that includes 6 full-time LCSWs and 1 psychiatrist serving a population of approximately 35,000 residents. With a newly expanded surgical and clinical facility, a supportive administration, and access to Epic EMR, this practice setting is ideal for Licensed Clinical Social Workers seeking autonomy, collaboration, and a mission-driven community.

Job Details for the LCSW:
- Four 10-hour days per week
