Mechanical Engineer

As a Mechanical Engineer specializing in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and plumbing systems, you will be responsible for designing, modeling/drafting, and managing efficient and effective HVAC and plumbing systems for various commercial building projects. Key Responsibilities Create detailed HVAC and plumbing system designs for new commercial construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations Oversee project timelines, budget, and resource allocation. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project objectives are met Prepare and maintain accurate design documentation, project reports, and compliance records Ensure that all systems and components meet quality standards and performance requirements Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and ensure customer satisfaction Manage projects by overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, and collaborating with architects, contractors, and other engineers to achieve project goals About You Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing systems design.
