Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Credentials including SLP – CCC or SLP – CFY
• Experience or genuine interest in working within school-based settings
• Understanding of early childhood development and speech-language intervention techniques
• Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to PreK and kindergarten students
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor progress for a caseload of about 40 students
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth and inclusion
• Engage with families to inform them of progress and offer resources or strategies for continued support at home
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
