WHO WE ARE

TBNR ( T he B est N ever R est) was founded by the trailblazing Content Creator, Preston Arsement (known widely as PrestonPlayz) in 2012 with his first YouTube channel and has been growing nonstop ever since. As a result, in 2023 TBNR was approved by YouTube as the first Creator-owned MCN (multi channel network). Fire MCN gets an average of 40 million views per day. In the past 18 months TBNR has evolved from an explicitly YouTube content production house to a global disruptor in social content and human communication. We at TBNR are a group of skilled CREATORS coming from a variety of backgrounds including content creation, music, theater, coding, architectural design, movie and television set construction, tech and VC startups, professional gaming, video game development, and beyond!

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Producer is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of video productions for their assigned channel. This role owns the operational side of production from concept approval through shoot completion, ensuring projects are properly planned, staffed, budgeted, and executed efficiently. The Producer serves as the primary point of accountability for production logistics, schedules, budgets, and execution while partnering closely with Directors, Writers, and the Art Department to bring creative concepts to life.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Production Planning Attend Writers Rooms to understand project goals, production requirements, and potential constraints. Translate approved concepts and scripts into actionable production plans. Build and manage production schedules, staffing plans, equipment needs, and logistical requirements. Coordinate locations, permits, vendors, and production resources as needed. Ensure all shoots are fully prepared, properly staffed, and operationally ready before execution. Develop and manage production budgets for assigned projects. Identify potential production challenges and proactively develop solutions. Adjust production plans when necessary to maintain budget compliance. Escalate scope, budget, or resource concerns to leadership when appropriate. Production Execution Lead day-to-day production operations during shoots. Manage production schedules, crew coordination, equipment logistics, and on-set workflow. Ensure shoots remain on schedule and aligned with approved production plans. Make operational decisions related to logistics, timing, and execution during production. Resolve production issues quickly to minimize disruption and maintain efficiency. Provide direction and support to Production Assistants, contractors, and other production support staff.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Strong planning and logistical coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and adapt quickly in fast-paced production environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across creative and operational teams. Comfortable leading crews, coordinating vendors, and managing on-set logistics. Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions when plans change. Experience managing production schedules, budgets, and resources preferred. Passion for digital content creation and a strong understanding of YouTube-style production is a plus.
