Our teams are made up of talented and creative individuals, and as our company expands, we are constantly seeking to welcome more members to our team!As the Senior Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the operation of our warehouse, helping ensure inventory is received, organized, tracked, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position combines hands-on warehouse work with inventory management, ordering, shipping coordination, and communication with freight carriers and vendors. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and able to take ownership of warehouse responsibilities while working closely with the broader farm operations team.ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips to ensure accuracy and report any discrepanciesReceive and maintain inventory accurately in the company's inventory management systemMonitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and replenishment of warehouse materials and productsPick, pack, and prepare customer, retail, and internal transfer orders for shipmentCoordinate outbound shipments with freight carriers, parcel services, and other transportation providers to ensure timely deliveriesSchedule freight pickups and communicate with shipping vendors regarding deliveries, tracking information, and shipment issuesMaintain accurate inventory counts through routine cycle counts and assist with inventory auditsOrganize warehouse inventory to maximize efficiency, accessibility, and safetyUtilize company software to process inventory transactions, purchase orders, and shipment documentationAssist with loading and unloading deliveries safely using proper equipment and proceduresHelp coordinate incoming and outgoing freight and ensure shipments are prepared accurately and on scheduleWork closely with purchasing, retail, service, construction, and operations teams to ensure inventory availability and order accuracyHelp maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company standardsServe as a knowledgeable resource for day-to-day warehouse operations and help train or guide other warehouse team members as neededIdentify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiencyPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedQualifications2+ years of warehouse, shipping & receiving, inventory control, or related experience preferredExperience with inventory management, ERP, or warehouse management software; Odoo experience is a plusExperience coordinating inbound and outbound shipments with freight carriers, parcel services, or other transportation providers - preferredStrong computer skills and comfortable learning new software systemsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent - RequiredStrong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process inventory and shipping documentationExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasksAbility to lift between 30-60 lbs, including bending, lifting, carrying, and moving inventory throughout the warehouseForklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment is a plusDemonstrated record of punctuality, reliability, and professionalismStrong sense of ownership, reliability, and follow-throughAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentFamiliarity with ponds, aquariums, aquatic products, or fish is a plusValid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record - RequiredAvailable for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods - RequiredPosition SalaryFull-Time | $20.00 - $24.00/ hour *depending on experience*Benefits401k and company matchDental, Medical and Vision InsuranceEmployee company discount programHigh-growth and promotion opportunities!
