As a Lead Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
Lead the caregiving team
Communicate effectively with co-workers and clients
Provide reliable care by being on-time and consistently covering shifts
Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and activities of daily living
Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers
