As a Lead Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Lead the caregiving team

• Communicate effectively with co-workers and clients

• Provide reliable care by being on-time and consistently covering shifts

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and activities of daily living

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers
