Clear Lake Bank & Trust Company is searching for an energetic, customer‑focused, and professional candidate to join our Teller Operations team in a full‑time position. This role is primarily located at our Mason City West location, with flexibility to work in Clear Lake, Mason City, or Garner offices. Duties Provide bank customers with information about accounts in person or over the phone. Manage a cash drawer and successfully balance it at the end of the day. Process a variety of account transactions for business and consumer accounts. Cross‑sell bank products when applicable to benefit the customer. Assist in other areas and with officers and staff as needed to support the overall performance of the bank and service to its customers. Typical Work Schedule Full‑time hours: Monday‑Friday 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM Saturdays 7:45 AM – 12:00 Noon approximately every other Saturday; Saturday shift bonus pay available. Candidates are expected to be flexible with scheduling based upon the needs of the bank. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in PC usage and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Word and Outlook). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic accounting skills, cash handling, and/or previous teller experience is preferred but not required. Eligible for participation in the Teller Career Progression program.
