Unit Details

Seeking an experienced IMCU/PCU RN for a high-acuity intermediate care unit caring for neuro, cardiac, trauma, and respiratory patients.

Common Diagnoses

• Neuro patients
• Cardiac stepdown
• Trauma
• COPD
• DKA
• Sepsis
• MI
• Post-op patients

Unit Information

• 64-bed unit
• 15 designated neuro beds
• Adult patient population (18+)
• Floating required

Equipment & Skills

Experience with:

• Temp pacers
• Chest tubes
• A-lines
• BiPAP
• Neptune Vapo
• Chronic vents (RT support available)

EMR

• EPIC experience REQUIRED

Required Certifications

• Active NY RN License
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• NIHSS

Submission Requirements

• Updated resume with 2+ years IMCU/PCU experience
• Travel experience documented on resume
• Skills checklist matching specialty
• Driver’s license matching demographics
• NURSYS verification with ALL RN licenses included
• RTO must be included at time of submission
