We are currently seeking a Java Full Stack Technical Lead to join our team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

This position requires a foundation of software development knowledge, and the ability to work in an Agile team environment. You should be adaptable, possess a wide range of technical skills, and demonstrate the ability to understand financial services business requirements. You should be a strong ‘utility’ type programmer with the ability to switch context quickly and efficiently with project managers, database engineers, technical operations and other platform personnel

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain code based on reading and understanding business and functional requirements following the Agile process
• Produce high-quality code to meet all project deadlines and ensuring the functionality matches the requirements
• Analyze and resolve issues found during the testing or pre-production phases of the software delivery lifecycle; coordinating changes with project team leaders and cross-work team members.
• Provide technical support to project team members and responding to inquiries regarding errors or questions about programs
• Interact with architects, technical leads, team members and project managers as required to address technical and schedule issues.
• Suggest and implement process improvements for estimating development and testing processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years prior work experience working with Database access methods and SQL constructs
• 8+ years of experience in Java, Spring MVC and/or Spring Boot.3+ years of experience in with Archival and Purging of Data.
• 3+ years of experience with integration with Job schedulers
• 3+ years of experience with Build & Deployment tools such as Maven, GIT
• 3+ years of experience in Leading teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Worked with streaming technologies such as Kafka
• Worked on UI technologies such as Angular
• Demonstrated a commitment to quality, writing unit tests with Junit and Mockito
• Proficiency in Analysis, Design, Build, and Deployment of Java applications and Microservices
• A desire to continue to learn and pick up new technologies and skills
• Good to Have
• Experience with container-based deployments such as Kubernetes, Docker, Docker Compose, Vagrant is a plus
• Work experience with any of the following – PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Linux/UNIX Shell Programming, Python is a plus
• Experience within Financial Services industry including banking, wealth management

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $96,800.00 to $145,200.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.

Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
