We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for working along side the cook ensuring that all kitchenware, plates, and utensils are spotless and ready for use, maintaining the backbone of our high-quality service in this Dishwasher role.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Operating industrial dishwashing machinery efficiently and safely.
• Hand-washing specialized pots, pans, and delicate kitchen tools as needed.
• Sorting and stacking clean dishes and organizing storage areas for the restaurant culinary/kitchen team.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitized dish pit area in compliance with health and safety standards in this Dishwashing role.
• Assisting with basic kitchen cook prep tasks or trash removal during peak times.
• Monitoring chemical levels for the dishwasher and reporting maintenance needs.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Previous Dishwasher or cook experience in a fast paced restaurant kitchen environment a plus
• Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work well with chefs and servers.
• Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and maintain a steady flow of clean dishes in the kitchen/restaurant environment.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring every item is cleaned to our high standards of sanitation.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $18-20/hr+ depending on position and experience.
