Digital Designer

EM Search Consulting, LLC. is hiring a full-time digital designer to strengthen and evolve UI design across websites and landing pages. Based in Chicago, IL with an onsite setup, this role supports conversion optimization, Google Ads campaign workflows, and broader campaign design needs while also contributing to agency rebranding. If you enjoy shaping user experiences through thoughtful interface design and clear marketing intent, this position brings together design delivery, collaboration with multiple teams, and ongoing improvements based on performance and feedback. Responsibilities Deliver innovative web design projects on time, aligning with business objectives while keeping brand consistency across a variety of client services. Create UI designs for both new website builds and enhancements to existing websites, with a conversion optimization focus. Support the launch, monitoring, and optimization of landing pages for Google Ads campaigns and selected social media platforms. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure design deliverables meet client goals. Partner with development, content, and account management teams to ensure solutions are built according to business requirements. Provide strategic input to improve user experience for client websites and landing pages. Produce high-quality display ad designs , social graphics , and other digital media required for client campaigns. Stay current with design trends and apply relevant ideas to client brands and assigned deliverables. Requirements Have 3-5+ years of experience in a similar web design-oriented role, with an understanding of digital marketing (agency experience is ideal). Understand SEO and PPC best practices . Demonstrate strong knowledge of UI and UX design principles and best practices . Be proficient with design tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator and Photoshop ), plus InVision or a comparable tool. Submit a strong portfolio that shows relevant UI/UX design skills, including materials or a link to an online portfolio. Be comfortable receiving constructive feedback on design work. Handle a fast-paced and evolving environment. Show project management skills and attention to detail. Bonus: Experience designing for medical, legal, or home service clients.
