Travel Stepdown RN - Beaver, WV

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shifts: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00 - 07:30
• Alternating weekends as part of your rotation
• Travel nursing schedule of 36/48 hours per two-week pay period

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent TELE/PCU/Stepdown nursing experience
• Valid RN license in WV or Compact state
• BLS & ACLS certification (AHA), plus NIH Stroke certification
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
• Strong adaptability and comfort with fluctuating patient ratios (typically 1:5/1:6)
• Willingness to float within scope of practice as needed
• Current driver's license and ability to reside 75+ miles from assignment
• Assignment confirmation within 24 hours of offer acceptance

• Deliver safe, high-quality care to Stepdown/PCU patients
• Monitor and adjust care based on patient needs and census fluctuations
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide support to colleagues in floating assignments
