You Will Make an Impact By: Gathering comprehensive patient medical histories and performing targeted physical assessments to optimize clinical outcomes. Managing comprehensive preoperative care, including administering medications and completing clinical procedures required for surgery Collaborating with the multidisciplinary surgical team to ensure a safe, coordinated, and comfortable patient experience. Developing and delivering individualized patient and family education plans to ensure clinical compliance, alleviate anxiety, and improve procedural understanding. Educating patients on post-operative care plans and confirming understanding prior to discharge. Assessing patient status and ensuring clinical safety during recovery from anesthesia and sedation. Assessing patient status by tracking vital signs and clinical changes; proactively communicating adverse treatment reactions, drug responses, and significant incidents to physicians. You Have: A current, valid Michigan RN license Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong critical thinking and communication skills BLS certification Experience in outpatient setting preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
