Position Overview: Are you ready to become a Restoration Superhero? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who love helping others and are eager to learn! No prior experience in restoration is necessary; we’ll equip you with all the training you need to save the day. Key Responsibilities: Respond to emergency calls for water and fire damage restoration with a positive attitude. Assess damage and assist in developing restoration plans. Team up with experienced professionals to execute restoration tasks. Provide stellar customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and informed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy, organized workspace. Engage in ongoing training to master the technical aspects of restoration. Qualifications: A friendly, “people person” attitude. Strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. No prior experience required—just a passion for helping others! Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted. Must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces. Must be able to wear respiratory equipment and PPE.
