Job Title: Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 1773.47 - 1862.14

Schedule: Discuss with recruiter.

Contract Length: 13 weeks.

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: 2 years of ICU experience required. BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS required. EMR: Epic. Common patient diagnosis: Resp. failure, kidney failure, COPD, CHF, & MI. Ratios: 2:1. Prior travel experience preferred. DEGREE ACCREDITATION MUST BE ON PROFILE or 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to ICU patients with complex diagnoses such as respiratory failure, kidney failure, COPD, CHF, and MI.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain and update patient records accurately using Epic EMR system.
• Adhere to all hospital protocols, including patient ratios and safety procedures.
• Support floating assignments to sister campuses as needed to ensure continuous patient care.
