As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in the patient experience by ensuring accurate specimen collection and processing while providing compassionate, professional care. Your work directly supports timely and accurate diagnostic testing that helps inform important healthcare decisions.

What You'll Do

• Collect blood specimens through venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
• Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
• Verify patient identification, demographics, and specimen labeling to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain required records and documentation while safeguarding patient confidentiality
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, professional environment for patients
• Travel between multiple patient service centers and physician office locations as needed
• Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties according to established procedures
• Work independently while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards in a high-volume environment

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Minimum of 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
• Medical assistant, paramedic, or related medical training preferred
• Strong specimen collection, processing, and documentation skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
• Flexible availability to support weekends, holidays, overtime, on-call coverage, and travel between locations as needed
• Keyboard and data entry experience preferred
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
