About the Position

Job Title: Special Procedures Radiology Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours (06:30 - 17:00) Experience: 2 years of endovascular experience; extensive experience in the following procedures: FEVAR, PME, GEVAR, TEVAR, AAA, TAA, Angiograms, Declots, Lysis, Stenting, Embolization, TAVRs. Must have more than 1 year of experience with Zeego and Pheno. License: Current state license Certifications: ARRT, BLS Must-Have: EPIC experience, knowledge of PACS, Hybrid Siemens equipment, advanced vascular features, troubleshooting, Siemens portable C-arm functions, and familiarity with vascular supplies. Description: We are seeking a Special Procedures Radiology Technologist for a day shift position, working four 10-hour shifts per week. The role involves performing advanced interventional radiology procedures in a high-acuity environment. Candidates must work well under pressure and independently. Experience in Hybrid OR is required. Candidates should be familiar with tools such as Penumbra, AngioJet, Shockwave, IVUS, Jet Stream, Medrad, and others. Flexibility with call schedule is necessary, with roughly 8 calls per month. Holiday call may also be required. Candidates should possess excellent multitasking abilities and effective communication skills. Knowledge of vascular supplies, including balloons, diagnostic catheters, wires, and sheaths, is essential. Only candidates with the specified experience and certifications will be considered. First-time travelers are not preferred for this position. Travelers should be aware of potential emergency response assignments during hurricane season.
