With more than 70 employees, they blend small?company culture, machining and automation to deliver innovative, high?quality products—efficiently and cost?effectively.Family-owned business since the early 1900s.Plant Manager started from the ground up and has been there 30 years.Other long-tenured staff and supportive management who lead by example.Upgraded break room and employee-focused environment.Medical insurance (LDP/HDP) – eligible after 60 daysShort?term disability & life insuranceDental and vision insurance401(k) with company participation (6?month waiting period)1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday)Some flexibility available after hire to adjust start or end timesOvertime varies based on production needsKey ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production equipmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsSafely work inside electrical control cabinets to replace or repair componentsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagramsTroubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, including 120V, 240–480V, and 24VDC circuitsSupport PLC?related troubleshooting, including reading ladder logic and performing limited program modifications when requiredMaintain production equipment to ensure reliability and uptime while supporting continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate closely with a small maintenance team in a high?accountability manufacturing environmentYour BackgroundStrong multi?craft maintenance skill set with a focus on mechanical and electrical systemsProven experience working in a manufacturing or production environmentSolid understanding of industrial electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniquesComfortable working in non?climate?controlled manufacturing facilitiesDemonstrated ability to independently diagnose issues, take ownership of repairs, and drive problems to resolutionWillingness to provide and maintain a personal set of hand tools and toolbox (specialty tools provided)Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)PLC programming, instrumentation, or industrial controls experienceExperience working in small?to?mid?sized manufacturing plants
