Manufacturing Operations Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Job Description Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3) to support the Fulfilment Business Integration Team located in Everett, Washington. Position Responsibilities: Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria Analyzes and interprets data Provides feedback on assessment results Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans Works under general direction. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment 1+ years of experience in performing data analysis 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams 1+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 1+ year of experience kitting integration Ability to present information to various groups of people, including senior and executive leadership. Bachelor’s Degree or higher Knowledge of tool services, cutters, and MIC’s Experience using the SAT system Ability to work in ambiguity and proactively find structure Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Shift: This role is primarily 1st shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.
