What You'll Do Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures. Maintain manufacturing rates while meeting quality and safety standards. Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet specifications. Identify and report equipment, quality, or safety concerns. Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to keep production running smoothly. Accurately complete production records and documentation. Follow work instructions, operating procedures, and safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Support continuous improvement efforts and participate in training as needed. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience is a plus, but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good communication and teamwork skills. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Regularly use hands and arms to operate equipment and handle materials. Occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
