• Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 3rd Shift - Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (with a 30-minute unpaid meal break)
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

The Production Operator (True Job Title: Folder/Ripper) performs work that is required to manufacture shingle products, along with related safety, housekeeping, shut down, cleanup, startup, and maintenance work. Using gloved hands, this role manually folds roof ridges with no tools or machinery involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Using gloved hands, manually fold roof ridges (no tools or machinery)
• Perform work required to manufacture shingle products, along with related safety, housekeeping, shut down, cleanup, startup, and maintenance work
• Work safely and avoid at-risk behaviors at all times
• Use standard procedures and technical training
• Meet the production target of 12 boxes per hour (failure to meet this target could result in a performance termination)

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Manual, hands-on role requiring use of gloved hands for folding roof ridges
• Must bring your own safety shoes
• Must wear at least 35% cotton blend long sleeve shirts
• All other PPE is provided
• 3rd shift schedule: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid meal break
