Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Emergency Recovery Manager in West Chester, OH!
Emergency Recovery Manager Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM (occasional extended hours and Saturdays as needed)
Pay Rate: $45,000-$55,000/year (salary increase available based on experience and industry connections)

Emergency Recovery Manager Requirements/Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  
• Previous leadership or management experience required
  
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
  
• Sales or relationship-building experience preferred
  
• Ability to motivate, train, and lead a team
  
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
  
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in a physically demanding environment
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
• Must pass a background check
  
• Must pass a drug and alcohol screening
  

About the Emergency Recovery Manager Role
As an Emergency Recovery Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and warehouse activities
  
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure proper PPE and safety procedures are followed
  
• Pack trucks and prepare materials for restoration job sites
  
• Drive company vehicles to and from customer locations
  
• Train and mentor new and existing team members
  
• Tag, inventory, and document customer belongings
  
• Pack and transport fragile and high-value items safely
  
• Document pre-existing damage accurately
  
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers throughout the restoration process
  
• Assist with cleaning and restoring personal property
  
• Load, unload, and move furniture, appliances, and other household items
  
• Support the General Manager with scheduling, production, and operational goals
  
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
