FULL TIME DESCRIPTION

Full time hours are 32to 40 hours a week with weekend and mid to late shift availability. Full time we offer optionsfor Health Care, dental and vision benefits options. Full Time Vested Team Members will earn paid vacations / holiday pay. We have a stylist bonus structure where you can earn permanent pay per hour based off performance. We have an additional commission structure where you can earn up to an additional earnings per pay period. Our locations are high tip earning and will keep you busy with great tip earning potential and male clientstypically tip higher.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A valid cosmetology or barber license Ability to work a flexible schedule such as evening and weekends Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills Industry passion.
