Job Summary As a Clinic Registered Nurse, you will manage patient care coordination, assess patient conditions, identify health issues, and create personalized care plans. You will monitor patient responses, ensure a safe health‑care experience, and guide patients to prevent complications and delays in their health‑care encounters. Essential Functions of the Role Prioritize patient needs and plan care, adjusting as needed to meet outcomes. Support practice changes with research and hands‑on learning and participate energetically in quality improvement initiatives. Build relationships with patients and families, managing emotional and physical pain to promote relief and healing. Help patients, families, staff, and the community learn about health care. Partner with colleagues and community to create a comprehensive care plan. Leverage strategies and available resources for problem‑solving with a systems‑thinking mindset. Key Success Factors Solid grounding in nursing values and patient care standards. Familiarity with relevant laws, rules, regulations, and accreditation guidelines. Aware of medical terminology and strategies for health promotion, risk reduction, disease prevention, and management. Respect for medical and professional nursing ethics and patient privacy. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to monitor and effectively communicate changes in patient medical conditions. Ability to deliver quality care tailored to the age of the patient. Good computer skills, including mastery of Microsoft Office and electronic medical record documentation.
