Job Details Setting: Homecare hospice / home health Employment Type: Travel contract Location: Sierra Vista, AZ Start Date: 8/31/2026 End Date: 11/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours Per Week: 40 Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Weekend/On-Call: Rotation required Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 - $2,230 Openings: 2 Registered Nurse Job Requirements Active Arizona RN license or compact state RN license Current BLS certification Associate degree in Nursing or higher At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred, ideally in homecare, hospice, home health, or case management Experience with HCHB and wound care preferred Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload in the home setting Responsibilities Provide case management care for hospice patients in their homes Complete skilled nursing assessments and coordinate individualized care plans Support patients and families with compassionate education and guidance Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care Document patient visits accurately and maintain timely clinical records Travel within the assigned coverage area to complete home visits Participate in weekend and on-call rotation as scheduled Why Apply?
