Senior Manager - Digital Product - Client & Clinical Experience

Responsibilities Lead a product development team, responsible for team backlog development and prioritization, maintaining the integrity of features or components, and collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and other team members. Identify, revise, and socialize team metrics to achieve the defined objectives and key results (OKRs), aligned with business objectives. Share accountability with the Engineering counterpart for the delivery of outcomes by the team. Support product leadership across several Client & Clinical products, defining and driving initiatives that cross multiple products, experiences and lines of business. Translate business and user needs into technology‑enabled solutions, ensuring the product roadmap is optimized to achieve long‑term key user and business goals. Create and manage the product development roadmap, coordinating dependencies across teams. Act as the main point of contact for successful Epic delivery and final customer outcomes, working directly with the Product Lead to keep features on track for near‑term and long‑term delivery. Drive status for cross‑product metrics, develop initiative‑level measurement plans, and align across key stakeholders. Drive the successful delivery and go‑to‑market plan of integrated product areas, socializing updates with senior leadership. Communicate critical updates and insights to Product Management, business stakeholders, senior leadership, and organization leaders. Define the Epic/initiative vision through deep understanding of customer needs and complexity by communicating with Product Management. Effectively communicate the product vision to team members. Drive alignment of end‑to‑end experiences across products and channels, evaluating consistency across different channels. Review and align roadmaps and workforce management tools across solution and product areas. Support Product Management to develop feature‑level roadmaps that support the broader Epic/initiative roadmap. Manage backlogs for products, experiences and/or lines of business; support Product Management in refining specific products or experiences. Lead a cross‑functional product team through discovery and define scope to achieve user and business outcomes, communicating updates and changes to Product Management. Lead identification of exploration enablers, own discovery and architectural runway; write enabler features and document learning outcomes. Create Epic/initiative‑level measurement plans including success metrics, thresholds, and release plans. Ensure alignment with key stakeholders prior to delivery, report on critical updates, and contribute to product‑level analyses as necessary. Use performance data to identify issues quickly, develop new insights and hypotheses about product health. Set a positive culture by growing, coaching, and setting expectations on ways of working for team members, providing actionable feedback, modeling leading practices, investing time in junior team members, and fostering continued collaboration. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, architecture, operations and other team members using agile practices. Interface and partner with Product Strategy to communicate progress, insights, and risks across the business. Collaborate with business partners to deeply understand their strategies and outcomes, ensuring business perspective is reflected and communicated to product teams. Identify and communicate product dependencies and assemble teams to identify solutions. Qualifications 7+ years of work experience. Adept at problem solving and decision‑making skills. Adept at collaboration and teamwork. Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others). Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting). Adept product strategy experience. Preferred Qualifications Prior working experience in an agile environment. Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills. Collaboration with multi‑disciplinary product teams. Comfortable and confident to lead team discussions. Creates a safe environment for everyone to bring their whole selves to work every day. Fact‑based problem solver with the ability to proactively identify and address potential issues, evaluate alternative courses of action, and make sound management decisions. Strong critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions and considers broader business impact. Ability to coach and mentor junior team members. Education Bachelor’s degree preferred or specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.00 – $236,900.00. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors such as experience, education, geography and other considerations. The position is eligible for a bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program and an equity award program.
