Recruiter III

We are seeking experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiters to support our Sales Organization. These positions are remote and initially offered as a 4-month contract, with the potential for quarterly extensions, up to a maximum of 18 months. Ideal candidates should have expertise in both high-volume event hiring and requisition-based hiring.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise and accountability in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

• Strategically position our client's strengths against top competitors and effectively close offers.

• Use data and metrics to advise on talent gaps and hiring strategies.

• Engage and influence leadership stakeholders, including hiring leaders and executive staff, with executive presence.

• Handle escalations and provide solutions to challenges during the recruitment process.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience in a recruiting capacity.

• Good understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles; able to develop a strategy to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines.

• Demonstrates a bias for action, a passion for innovation, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

• Skilled at interviewing and assessing technical and soft skills.

• Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices.

• Boolean Search String knowledge and ability to conduct x-ray Boolean search string across multiple platforms to find talent.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, TEAMS, and various ATS systems.

Work Environment

These roles are remote, offering flexibility in work location. Successful candidates will use various ATS systems and Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and TEAMS, to perform their duties efficiently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $55.00/hr.
