Annie Wright Schools seek an Institutional Analytics Coordinator to begin immediately. This is an exempt, full-time salaried position that reports to the Assistant Head of Schools. The Institutional Analytics Coordinator plays a critical role in helping Annie Wright Schools understand the experiences, outcomes, and opportunities of our students through thoughtful analysis of data, including academic, demographic, participatory, disciplinary, and self‑reported outcomes. Working closely with the Assistant Head of Schools, Senior Leadership Team, and colleagues across the institution, the Institutional Analytics Coordinator transforms information into actionable insights that support student results, strengthen institutional effectiveness, and guide strategic decision‑making. The Institutional Analytics Coordinator develops and maintains dashboards, reports, visualizations, forecasts, and analytical models that help school leaders better understand trends, evaluate programs, measure progress toward strategic goals, and identify opportunities to improve student outcomes and access to an Annie Wright education. In partnership with the Assistant Head of Schools, the Admissions team and the Business Office, the Institutional Analytics Coordinator also supports administration of the school’s financial aid program through award modeling, budget forecasting, demographic and enrollment analysis, and reporting that helps guide access, affordability, and long‑term financial aid strategy. The Institutional Analytics Coordinator is a self‑driven, curious, and creative professional who enjoys asking meaningful questions, exploring complex datasets, and uncovering patterns that might otherwise go unnoticed. The Institutional Analytics Coordinator goes beyond the technical and enjoys spending time exploring data and identifying interesting trends and insights. They are equally comfortable working independently on detailed analysis and collaborating with colleagues to solve institutional challenges. An engaged, ethical, and resourceful professional, the Institutional Analytics Coordinator possesses the communication, presentation, project management, and organizational skills necessary to translate complex information into clear and compelling narratives for a variety of audiences. By helping the school better understand who our students are, how they are experiencing Annie Wright, and how financial aid resources can best support the mission, this role contributes directly to the growth, health, and success of both our students and our broader community. Core Job Responsibilities The Institutional Analytics Coordinator is responsible for: Analyzing and interpreting student academic, behavioral, participation, wellness, assessment, and demographic data to identify trends and actionable insights; Supporting the school’s Student Thrivability Measure, institutional dashboards, recurring reports, and strategic metrics; Conducting research and analysis that informs decision‑making by school leadership, committees, and the Board of Trustees; Developing visualizations, reports, and presentations that translate complex information into meaningful recommendations; Analyzing assessment results and longitudinal student outcomes across cohorts and demographic groups; Supporting administration of the school’s financial aid program, including data analysis, award modeling, budget forecasting, and reporting; Partnering with leaders across Divisions, enrollment, and finance, to answer strategic questions through data; Promoting data quality, integrity, and effective use of institutional information systems; Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting capabilities, and organizational decision‑making through data. Qualifications The Institutional Analytics Coordinator will demonstrate key elements of the listed expertise and experiences. The Institutional Analytics Coordinator: holds a Bachelor of Arts or Science in data science, computer science, mathematics or a similar degree; has 2-5 years of experience in financial aid, enrollment management, or research, ideally within an independent school setting; experience with Blackbaud data and/or Clarity preferred; has experience creating digestible data visualizations and communicating results to non‑technical stakeholders; is proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; comfort with Python, R, or similar coding language to perform statistical analysis is preferred; has expertise and experience with PowerBI; Is able to collect, organize, and store data from disparate sources in Azure databases for long‑term data organization and access; possesses exceptional judgment and discretion in handling confidential financial information; has a willingness to dig deeper and understand processes that create data; is highly organized and capable of developing and executing efficient workflow systems; collaborates effectively across departments and stakeholders; manages a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment with flexibility, humor, and a focus on collaborative, team‑based problem solving; practices cultural humility in personal interactions; is eligible to work in the United States. Salary & Benefits This full‑time, benefited position offers a salary range of $85,000-$105,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
