Not all responsibilities listed below will be assigned to every technician and duties may vary depending on the needs of the facility.We are looking for candidates with a strong maintenance background and a willingness to learn. Troubleshooting training will be provided.ResponsibilitiesDepending on business needs, responsibilities may include:Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment issuesPerforming preventive and corrective maintenanceRepairing and replacing machine parts such as belts, chains, bearings, and gearboxesWorking with motors, relays, drives, and other electrical componentsMaintaining pneumatic and hydraulic systemsUsing hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipmentReading manuals, schematics, and technical documentsDocumenting maintenance and repair activitiesParticipating in root cause analysis and safety initiativesOther duties as assignedQualifications3–5 years of industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, or electrical maintenance experience preferredAbility to troubleshoot and repair equipmentExperience with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipmentAssociate degree in a related technical field is preferred but not requiredBonus Skills — Not RequiredThe following skills are a plus but are not required:Experience with HVAC systemsExperience with 480VAC or 3-phase electrical systemsExperience with PLCs, AC/DC drives, or industrial controlsPneumatic or hydraulic experienceBasic machining experienceSAP or computer maintenance system experienceDon't have experience with everything listed?
