Reports To: Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Support sales and store growth
• Manage payments and customer records
• Maintain the showroom
• Assist with deliveries and operations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• At least one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and confidently

Work Environment

• This role includes active, hands-on work both in the store and occasionally in customer homes. Team members should be comfortable with:
• Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day
• Working with cleaning supplies and equipment
• Managing multiple responsibilities and adapting quickly
• Occasional overtime or flexible scheduling as needed
• Attending company training sessions for continued development
