NextCare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our urgent care team in Waco, TX. This opportunity supports autonomy, variety, work-life balance, and meaningful community impact in a fast‑paced, well‑supported setting. Full-time clinicians typically work three 12-hour shifts per week with standard clinic hours 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, seven days a week.
