• General Family Practice or Internal Medicine with any subspecialty interest is welcomed• Value Based Model approach
• 32 hours of clinic per week plus light, minimal call by phone (1:16)
• Well equipped office includes X-ray, ultrasound, stress test, Bone density, ABI, and full pharmacy
• Anticipated volume of 15-18 patients per day with strong staff support including personal MA and team of APPs
• Initial starting Guaranteed salary leading to optimal, collections percentage compensation
