As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• Site Location: Henderson, NV
• Set schedule: 3 lots each of Day, Swing, or Grave. 40-hour work week. Workdays to be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities for Response Security Guard:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• You provide critical access control screening guests, employees, and vendors upon entry and exit
• You provide extra security patrolling the grounds inside and outside of the facility by car, golf cart, and/or foot.
• You have excellent ability to read and write detailed reports.
• You are expected to enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
• You are proficient in working with electronics.
• You are able to maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; and follow proper procedures.
• You are certified in the areas of CPR/AED or can obtain them after an offer within 2 weeks or less.

Qualifications for Response Security Guard:

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• You have a High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem-solving skills
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• You have at least 2 years security experience
• You have a valid PILB in hand.
• You have, or can obtain, within 1 week a certification in CPR/AED/First Aid.
