Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disturbances, both in-office and through community engagement.

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments using evidence-based practices to identify client needs, and arrange for more comprehensive evaluations when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and manage individualized care plans that promote client wellness and facilitate access to additional support services.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance client care, focusing on achieving shared goals and outcomes.

• Exercise cultural competence by engaging respectfully with clients from diverse backgrounds, tailoring approaches to meet individual needs and preferences.

• Maintain compliance with ethical standards, guidelines, and the clinic's code of conduct to uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

• Carry an active caseload, providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions, in addition to crisis intervention as needed.

The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
