Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Requisition Number: 223641 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along a predetermined route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and involves both indoor and outdoor work. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills / Qualifications – Requirements Qualified by Department of Transportation (DOT) rules for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Active driver’s license. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification prior to first day of employment. Documentation of prior employment. Additional Qualifications Ability to meet physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED, or military service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and a drive to work in a team‑focused environment. Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit. Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, combining base salary with earned commissions.
